Color and Paint

Very Eccentric Colors

Beautifully eccentric, bright decor, just so much to love, the chandeliers, the turquoise damask patterned blinds. This luxurious over the top couch in yellow salmon and turquoise, it burns my eyes yet I cannot look away!

Love those olden trees painted upon the white walls.

Zebra Zebra

A gorgeous black and white lounge room with the most awesome skylight I have every seen! Following the trend of the zebra rug feature this room is quite white, quite minimalist and stark but it works! The lounges appear to be garden furniture too!

Modern Kitchen Royal Blue

A modern kitchen with contemporary lines! What struck me the most about this kitchen is the unnatural blue of the cabinets, so intense!

A Bluish Green

A bit of bluish green or greeny blue, an assortment of inspiration from turquoise to aqua to see foam green. Beautiful romantic imagery and inspiration for the home.

The Red Door

I love doors. Doorways are rich in symbolism, they represent the prospect of different opportunities, probable journeys one can take. They are a gateway into new and magnificent worlds. They represent transition, initiation, opportunity and liberation.

A door is an important element of a house, a symbol of passage from one place to another, one state to another, from light to darkness.

With all these thoughts in mind today I am feeling inspired by Red Doors.
