Ann Getty – A True Eclectic

Ann Getty does not just photograph cute babies you know! She is also responsible for beautiful eclectic spaces like this. And what a style combination! Chinoiserie perfection in the red secretary and chair combined with a bit of French style seen in the pink and white toile curtains. Then an element of nature is introduced with the branch shaped curtain rods and seagrass rug.

Patterned Textiles in Eclectic Bedroom

Fresh and tranquil bedroom decor with stark white walls and gorgeous patterned textiles. Loving the ornately carved, rustic headboard matched with the vintage lamp placed above a bright pop of color with the yellow night stand. Eclectic styling at it’s best.

An Eclectic Home

Incatrole, a beautiful house situated in the Byron Hinterland in NSW Australia owned and hand built by artist Ken Johnson.

This exotic oasis truly is a work of art. Drawing mainly from the artists’s love of India and his partners heritage the home features many Rajistani details including 1000 year old sandalwood columns which frame the large central living space and the heart of this magnificent home. Other Haveli features include 500 year old doors, hand made basins and blue & white decorative tile detailing found around the fireplace and in the kitchen.
