Beautiful light filled spaces in shades of pink and green. Pink and green in the bedroom make a great combination, you can match it with antique finds for a romantic and detail rich story. This can create a fabulous romantic bedroom for the grown woman or a fairytale dream for a little girl!
I was taken aback by the most stunning images taken by Michael Eastman of Havana, Cuba 2010. He has captured such beauty in this intimate portrait of a city.
I was really keen on the color scheme of this exhibition, wonder why? lol, I am having a greeny, blue turquoise week!

Would you put turquoise and bright green together in a room? Your first impression is perhaps not! too intense right? and what is all this about “blue and green must not be seen”, but sometimes it really can work, especially with the right choice of patterns and textures and with just enough white in the room to balance things out.
It does create a retro vibe leaning towards a kitsch element no matter what the style of the room or furniture.

I feel inspired by the color lime, the color lime in kitchens. I know this is not a color for everyone, in fact I don’t know if I would be able to live with it everyday of my life. But today I really think I could. I would love to wake up to a lime green kitchen for my usual coffee and toast!
Now here is some of my inspiration, the lime green can be in the cabinets, tiles, walls, splash-back, in the stools, the kitchen furniture or even as a small feature of the room.
